The Dyson Pure Cryptomic boasts many of the same features as the company's previous air-purifying fans and heaters. Dyson says its built-in microfiber filter senses and captures 99.97% of air pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including allergens, bacteria, pollen, mold spores, and toxins emitted from everyday household items, which are displayed in real-time on an LCD display.

Dyson does this with a chemical process that transforms the toxin into water and carbon dioxide, which the company claims is less than what a mouse gives off breathing in a day.
