How to change your Instagram username on Instagram.com
Once you're logged into the desktop version of Instagram.com, go to your profile and click on the "Edit Profile" option.

The process for the Instagram mobile apps is very similar. In your Instagram app, head to your profile page and tap the "Edit Profile" option.
