Newlywed Faizan Patel, who married his wife Sana in December, was forced to embark on their picturesque Italian honeymoon alone last week after Sana realized she'd lost her passport.

In a last-ditch effort to get Sana to Italy, Patel tweeted at Sushma Swaraj, India's minister of external affairs. Miraculously, she responded — and helped Sana secure a replacement passport as well as a spot to apply for a new visa.
